| 1195930 | 2011-04-20 22:27:00 | I have an i7 computer running windows 7 64 bit. My problem is that it takes about five minutes to shut down. The only info I get from the comp is that a program is slow closing. This slow shutdowm started after I installed IE9. I can not find any way to remove IE9 and go back to IE8 Would appreciate any help. Jacl |

| 1195935 | 2011-04-21 07:36:00 | If you think there's a program that's acting up you can try going into Event Viewer, navigate to Applications and Services Logs => Microsoft => Windows => Diagnostics-Performance => Operational, and look through some of the events to see whether there are anything worth looking into. Link (does a better job at explaining the event viewer than I do): itexpertvoice.com |
