1161279 2010-12-13 05:47:00 I'm so pleased I don't live in a city straight up. Busy with neighbors that complain about everything.

At least thats what I experienced when I was last in suburbia for a while.

1161280 2010-12-13 05:50:00 When you consider that Len Brown stood for election on a promise of low rates it's not a good look. Snorkbox (15764)
1161281 2010-12-13 05:59:00 The whole thing looks pretty bleak to me atm. The Error Guy (14052)
1161282 2010-12-13 06:52:00 Theres a BIG advert on one of the bill boards along the Hutt motorway.

Goes something VERY close To this (www.imagef1.net.nz) -- says it all really.

1161283 2010-12-13 07:35:00 I think that there are going to be a lot of "Sorry" people in a couple of years time, when reality hits the fan.

Bigger does not necessarily mean better, does it. Whatever happens, there will still be too many people in offices & not enough out there actually doing the work. PJ

And you think your LL won't be increasing the rent to reflect his extra rates?

rent never went down even though house prices have fallen, rent never comes down (so far). Of course, they will be increasing rent if rates go up, i would. Just glad i dont have to fork out 500 bucks a quarter at present, i couldnt afford to, easier to just pay 5 bucks extra a week.
