| 1160407 | 2010-12-10 04:21:00 | Got vodem running on laptop but wondering what the enclosed usb cable is for other than as an extension. It has 2 male usb plugs and one female usb plug its labelled usb extend data cable. I could see its use if it had 1 male plug and 2 females like a splitter but it hasnt. I can see its use as an extension cable but what can you plug into the spare male usb plug. Its configured as a male usb plug with two wires running from it one a female usb and the other another male usb. Thanks for any help. |
