If you are having problems with YouTube and similar streaming services, it is more likely to be the available bandwidth of the connection, not the latency or interleaving state. U-Tube, on the other hand, appears to be a rollforming company, so I have no idea what sort of performance to expect if they're streaming videos for you... |
