| 1163441 | 2010-12-20 00:24:00 | Love this game to bits and I've gotta say it falls into my top 5 of all time. Beyond the graphics the nanosuit was one of the funnest pieces of equipment I've used in a game since the gravity gun from half-life. The storyline wasn't the greatest masterpiece of all time but it certainly succeeded to entertain me and want me to get involved. I was having a look around YouTube looking at videos of crysis (nerd) but noticed that all the videos were either a) At a mixture of settings rather than DX10 Very high b) If a) does't apply...Friggen boring, nothing happening as the user is too busy looking at sunrays, water and sand showing off their new computer specs to remember it's a great game not just a benchmark. c) 'Look at my tri'....A video of three monitors playing a game at 480P looks horrible :0 None of this is a problem of course, not everyone has a computer built to max games out. The problem is that I'm trying to find an entertaining, visually impressive demonstration of crysis and that specific keywords in YouTube don't seem to do much as people try run this at very high on cards like 8800GT's. It's like a fancy slideshow ;P. Any suggestions elitists :). |

| 1163449 | 2010-12-20 02:09:00 | I really enjoyed Crysis, it wasn't some sort of linear one way to do everything interactive movie like most of the latest cookie cutter console ports have been of late. Agree the story was weak but the gunplay was solid. Was playing this on Saturday testing out my new GPU, still enjoyed it, but doing stupid stuff with the sandbox editor is more fun :P |
