Doesn't matter if it blocks 2x USB ports, as the 3rd port is on the other side :D But it would need to have a headphone jack as well ..... Between how are those quality, I assume they are std size computer speakers. Do the quality compare to builtin soundcards? PS. Bluetooth is working now. Dunno why Windows does not pick it up nor does the bios, until I boot up Linux then it stays on. I loaded Vista recovery CDs and that woke it up too. But have gone back to Windows 7 as redoing the image didn't bring back the sounds - was worth the shot .... |

| 1197423 | 2011-04-29 08:40:00 | Had a long gork on google . It appears the $4 USB thingie is inevitable . It provides audio out and mic in . Essential for Skyping . There are a few small USB speakers (enclosed to one cable) ranging from thumbdrive sizes to coffee cup coaster sizes and plus but they don't have a headset jack or a mic input . I'll just use the headphones plus mic and when I can allow for weight/size the wee little speakers via 3 . 5cm jacks . Rather not go for the all enclosed USB cos that changes the device manager . . . . and unable to quickly to switch to headset . |
