What programs have you installed that add entries to the right context menu? ie: When you right mouse on a file, whats there (besides the normal windows entries)? When you say Itunes doesnt work, it doesnt run at all? Go to the orb bottom left, type in eventvwr.msc. Then go to windows logs, look under application for the time it crashed. Double click on the error. What does it say? |

| 1197738 | 2011-04-27 11:18:00 | Windows Explorer always crashes when I cut/copy/paste files. When I try to open iTunes it just doesn't start and I get the Windows message "iTunes has stopped working". Besides the usual I have Gimp Flickr Eset Rar SUPERAntispayware Malewarebytes I also did the last thing you suggested and I got an Error message. "MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it" I tried to attach the error message but the Snipping Tool has crashed the same way. Not quite sure what to do? Cheers. |
