1198758 2011-05-02 05:08:00 Seem to have gotten those r/h side advertising banners back !.

Some kind soul on here gave us the way to get rid of them.

A search has not been able to locate the cure.

Thanks,

Lurking.

1198759 2011-05-02 05:42:00 I'm not seeing them - how are you trying to get rid of them?

If you have followed the instructions in this (pressf1.co.nz) post, please post a screenshot and let me know which browser is suffering so I can fix it.

Note that the latest version of the 'cleanup CSS' is in the post I have linked above.

1198761 2011-05-03 05:34:00 Is Stylish still enabled? Based on that screnshot, it's not doing a thing.

Are you still using your old profile from v3, or did you create a new one?

1198763 2011-05-03 06:21:00 It's just a domain mismatch. Your stylish script is set to apply to pressf1.co.nz, but you have browsed to pressf1.pcworld.co.nz.

Provided there's nothing else wrong, you should be able to browse to pressf1.co.nz (http://pressf1.co.nz/), and you won't see any ads.

1198764 2011-05-03 06:34:00 Thanks Erayd, lost all my history through some d a m n clean-up software called Advanced System Care, but it no longer exists on this PC.

Will place PressF1 at the top again.
