| 1164957 | 2011-01-28 10:52:00 | I have both. Iphone 3GS had better reception. Iphone 4 is faster and better scratch resistance due to heavy duty glass. I would recommend an iphone 4. | merien (16149) | ||

I guess thou if you have a iPod Touch why not a iPhone  But I think there is at least half the market who maybe more in NZ given $$ mobile data charges, that they either hvae a cheap phone or a fancy phone but don't use the facilities. I mean the fancy phones are fashion accessories. You could even get Louis Vuitton cases for them and they are v popular with the pop culture overseas than NZ. Even those in high school uniforms will have a LV Wallet. At most they might just pay the casual rate and check FB on the Smartphone. For me I don't install apps. Maybe Skype and Fring and Chess and Tetris, that's about it. My most used application is the OEM calendar off my Nokia E series which is a business phone, I have the non touch screen version. Being able to sync with MS Outlook is fab and the phone is always with me, lesser likelihood of missing tasks to do and appoointments. I don't but many people do use the phone as their (main) digital camera. For those who don't like them. Actually some old phones like the years 2000-2002 are quite popular on the used markets when you get them, with prices outstripping many new phones at present. I prefer a Smartphone but I could live with them, a good b/w non sense phone, good size and shape. I'm trying to get one for someone but it might get over 2 digit. |
