Also one of my ex-customers rang Thursday night. Did she ring me BEFORE?! No. After she did what he said to, short of providing a credit card - and that only because she didn't have one.
She then tells me everyone would have believed it. This after I spent 4 years educating her on various scams and stuff.

Sigh.

The way a lot of telemarketers work is just by going through numbers sequentially, so even if you have an unlisted number you get caught by it.

1164434 2010-12-24 09:59:00 I hate these calls I usually tell telemarketers early on that I am not interested so that they do not waste their time. They are most likely trying to hard to make a living but I do not see why any of us should help scammers out. Maybe the job centre can. Bobh (5192)
