1163806 2010-12-21 00:54:00 Hi everyone,
First of all Merry Christmass to everyone,I recently purchased this

telecom T-Stick on a 2GB prepaid plan Having looked thru the web site to

see what I got for my money and speaking with the person who sold it to

me I was satisfied the product would do what I required. Top of the list was

being able to check the usage and balance online, I was assured I could

do this via the Usage meter on the website. Having installed the T-Stick as

per instructions checked mail etc...I went to telecoms site to check out the

usage meter, upon entering all relevant details yup there it was I was about

to change the temp password but a pop up message told me the site was

temporarily unavalible. That was 8 days ago I have tried day and night

since but still get same message, still can't access the usage meter. I

phoned the help number spoke to various people on the other side of the

planet to no avail, then spoke to a telecom faults person who said there

was a problem and was being looked at, and they will ring back... yea

right. Does anyone out there use a T-Stick on prepay and are you having

problems getting access to this service? Any comments, info or advise

would greatly apprecited thanks.
...G

You've tried logging into the 'Your Telecom' link on the home page?

The actual standalone usage meter has been borked for some time, I can't access it.
