My cousin was killed by one who had offended three or four times (can't remember the details now, was years ago) and still had his license. His sister went on 20/20 and told the story, there were a couple of mentions of it by politicians for a couple of days, then it got dropped again. Fortunately that guy got three years - still not long enough in my opinion. |
