| 1200380 | 2011-05-08 09:29:00 | Asus PRO55S laptop . When I hit Function-F8 to get the external monitor, something strange occurs with the keyboard. The function key correctly switches between the laptop monitor and external source , but the keys get all messed up, eg: M key now closes windows, other keys do different things. Biggest pain is that hitting F8 again does not revert the keys to normal, a restart is required. F8 still switiches the monitor correctly. Maybe F8 is mapped to something else, but I can't work out what causes it. :badpc: Any ideas? |
