| 1199646 | 2011-05-05 10:45:00 | Outlook Express has suddenly stopped being accesable !! Has always given no trouble and all the account settings are in place. Clear Mail of course is not working either. I know we have just had another of f/ing aftershocks, but then there has been over 1684 of the damn things with no probs. Lurking. |

Go to Tools/Accounts and select Properties Select Servers at the top Retype your password in the box and Save and ok at the bottom. If that does not work you must be using the wrong password. |

MSE Spybot MalwareBytes Housecall ( this one has always been spot on) What else can I try besides the "sledge hammer", lol. Outlook Express has always been so reliable for us tooooo. Lurking. |

Go into Outlook Express/ accounts, select your account - delete it, close OE Open OE, recreate the account -- Seen it countless times that all the details are correct, but wont work, wipe out the inf file ( Account) re enter it and it all works again. |

Hi wainuitech, nope !!. Either Clear or TelstraClear have an online chat line, our daughter used it to setup our broadband connection. It's being elusive too, lol.
