| 1165381 | 2010-12-29 19:44:00 | One quick note, if you have young children who will be young for a while, then get Wii as a short term investment. 360 will be a bit beyond them (with the old controllers) with kinect all the games designed so far have been aimed at the little tots so that changes a bit I was listening to Windows Weekly podcast yesterday and they made the same point, really good for younger kids who you wouldn't (perhaps) want to be playing Halo. As for Nintendo, yes they still make billions a year but I was meaning more they are losing ground against their competitors (their profits are down relative to what they were). However, I'd say struggling was a bad choice of words, they are clearly doing alright and as someone else wrote "down but not out". |
