| 1200383 | 2011-05-08 12:09:00 | Hi All Is anyone else got slow international speeds on telecom? National speeds excellent, ~9Mb/s to Vodafone on Speedtest.net. I can't even do an international speed test! Trying to download ~700MB iphone update through itunes and it says it is going to take 7 hours!!! Normally these updates take ~10mins for the same size. I hade the same problem last week, then speeds went back up. Anyone else having similar problems? Cheers Petja |

| 1200384 | 2011-05-08 12:26:00 | Just tried Sydney from here:- www.speedtest.net Looks a little slower than I usually get but acceptable I think. Tried Perth. Not so good. www.speedtest.net |

Also, check www.telecomwholesale.co.nz and find out when you get ADSL2+, if it's from the Exchange or Cabinet. Post those details here and we'll take it from there. Funny thing is a lot of those Apple updates are cached locally via Akamai ;) |
