I can't open the Help and Support window from the Start Button. The error message reads "Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named "Help and Support"
What sort of advice is this? Can anyone help? :thanks |

Go to start/run type services.msc. Then go to help and support double click on it. Change it to automatic, then click on start |
