1461945 2019-07-21 05:55:00 Its great that most of you agree with me.
My prediction is that the Climate Change Frenzy as I call it will get worse and worse,

And then when nothing has happened, the penny will drop for the masses and they will demand that all references and taxes to climate change be dropped.

And all the Climate Change evangelists will end up looking stupid (at our expense)
It sounds like you're a scientist. So please can you explain this here below:

Yeeee gods, gizmodo is a science fiction and futurism website. Of course I believe them.

1461948 2019-07-21 23:40:00 you won't change BM's or Digby's expert knowledge about everything under the sun - and probably the sun itself too...

even if you proved them wrong 10,000 times

1461949 2019-07-21 23:53:00 I know but every now and then I like to wake them up by lifting the rock they're living under. zqwerty (97)

I take a **** load of reassurance that 55 million years ago the earth was supposedly 5-8 degrees warmer than usual.

I'm sure all the thermometers they had back then and recording data was as good as it is today :illogical

And to think some of you regard yourselves as 'clever' and 'well educated'.

Pick up any science journal, have a read - the evidence is staggering.

Besides what is the worst that could happen if its all fake - all coal fire electric plants are shut down, exhaust fumes become a thing of the past, cities enjoy much cleaner air, the horror! :waughh:

Head, meet sand, you sure seem well acquainted, go get a room.

1461954 2019-07-22 19:54:00 The facts do not matter in this "regligion" both sides pick out the ones that suit their belief and ignore anything which does not fit in. I have no idea which lot is correct but I do tend to side with the ones that are not depending on research grants and are not afraid of loosing their employment if they disagree with their peers. Virtue signalers who want to fix it all with a tax also have little credability in my view.
To be clear I am all for looking after the environment and conservation however I think there is a great deal of self serving bull doodoo talked about climate change.
