They could have raised her ball gown to save it getting caught under the wheels.

1462920 2019-08-06 21:49:00 What graduation?? Little kids dressed up like adults at a formal event? Graduation from what exactly?
OK, kid bit was sweet, but the event.....no.

1462921 2019-08-06 22:51:00  The event is not important. The way they are dressed is not important.

Am I the only one to see the love that a small girl has for her severely disabled brother? :wub

That'd mean though, they'd have to first invent a camera you could hold in landscape.

But wait, they have already

Don't give up, that wouldn't be the caring Ken of old. :)

But don't you think this, and similar YouTube posts of the same ilk are a little too contrived?

Whomever is tasked with recording it all doesn't move from their station; other "dancers" mostly don't move between the camera and the subjects, probably because they've been told not to; the other dancers are (naturally enough for that age group) self centred and couldn't give a ratz about the subject couple.

For those reasons my tear ducts didn't succumb and react to this social media crap.

1462926 2019-08-07 06:05:00 Probably right wal but it struck a chord with me, as the grandson of very good friends of mine went to his school ball a few weeks ago. He has had big problems with his legs over the years and has graduated out of a wheel chair to sticks. This all took place over the last year after about 25 operations since birth. His schoolmates, both male and female made sure he had a great night. His Nana was bawling her eyes out as she told me of this.

So many of us older folk are a bit disparaging of young people but I think our world is in good hands in the future.

So please forgive my tear!

Ken :)
