Windows XP. Having trouble resizing task bar to one line. Have gone top Help and Google and suggestions for resizing don't work ie. Right click task bar/unlock/place cursor on top edge of task bar and when it changes to a double arrow pull down to one line. Task bar won't move down. See attachment. It works if I go the other way ie increasing number of lines in the task bar. I would appreciate any suggestions to fix. Thanks |

It's been a long time but I think you do as above but turn off quick launch after you unlock the task bar then resize. |
