There's some people that you just can't save, and you can tell that they're going to keep doing what they do, even while in prison. Their fault or not, for the good of humanity and our tax dollars, a jab might be the best thing for them. I agree, usually you can spot the ones that can't be saved by the fact they wear black tee shirts everywhere, everyday. Maybe we could promote the tourist industry by getting rich Americans to patrol the streets shooting anyone in a black tee shirt. This would solve two problems in one go, as would likely to have a beneficial effect of reducing noise polution at the same time (sure the guns themselves would be noisy but small price to pay). |
