Using Windows XP with Internet Explorer . Problem - when I scan with Advanced systemcare I am told to download Microsoft Silverlight so that the updates can be performed. The download fails everytime. I have located it already on my computer. Do I need to uninstall this before I download the lates version and what is this application - do I need it? |

You dont need it if whatever site doesnt use / support silverlight. I have no idea why advanced systemcare would need it either. Unless its update option uses it. I dont use it |
