Thanks for the quick reply, Wratterus. I think Zenbu sounds quite good too, apparently a number of motels use that locally. Will probably just compare that with CafeNet and see which one is easier/better, there is local support available for CafeNet through a local ISP. |

There's the likes of the NetComm HS1100 which I've used, can get a thermal printer for it which is real cool, means you can easily print out access codes from up around 7-odd predefined: www.netcomm.com.au Easy as to setup, well worth the look into, as there's then *no* ongoing costs, no paying a percentage, and it works brilliantly too! |

| 1201249 | 2011-05-11 05:30:00 | We use http://www.hot-spot.co.nz/ at our shop as we are right next to the town basin so lots of boaties and campervans. Works really well. You can customise the login/payment screen to match your branding etc so everyone knows it's your wifi. You get back 60% of the money that is generated from credit card payments but the thing I like is you can sell your own data/time over the counter and you get to keep 100% of those payments. You can sell data or time or both at whatever cost you like and even give away for free, if you like, some data or time. You can also allow access to certain websites without the user needing to pay. The only thing you need is one of their supported wireless APs as they load on a custom firmware to make it all work. I bought one myself though from www.gowifi.co.nz and flashed the firmware myself. They emailed me the firmware files. |
