| 1169511 | 2011-01-15 00:58:00 | 2nd digby's approach. One wireless B/W laser and a inkjet for colour. Although, to vouch for HP in the United states their live chat person was pretty good. I needed to find out which CPU's my mobo could support for my laptop as the manufacturer didn't seem to recognise their own product. Gave me a list quick and simple. very polite. then again. I have hod some shockers, so much for customer care. more like customer infuriation. Next time I will all ways contact the US service dpt. the seem much better |

| 1169512 | 2011-01-15 03:46:00 | Epson? Ugh. Don't know about their laser printers but everyone I know who has owned an Epson inkjet has said they were crap, and that the ink cartridges are 'empty' even though you can clearly see the thing is still half full. I love my Canon, you can tell it to print even if the cartridges are completely dry (though that's probably not a good idea) Great if you are a Spy, invisible printing (Ink). PJ :) |
