Oh yeah totally hound them for the disc, I'm just saying this will allow you to keep using the Windows installation if the original 30 days expires before they sort you out. |

| 1202653 | 2011-05-17 04:53:00 | 4 days to get the parts in, build, test - thats reasonable esp if the components are not held at the time. Windows should have been ordered at the same time. They should have various suppliers so there shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like they are trying to play you for a fool. Microsoft wont be able to do anything, its the Shop/ Builder (images.clipartof.com) << sorry couldn't resit that pic :D that you have to deal with. |

| 1202660 | 2011-05-17 10:02:00 | You may be better off, demanding a refund on the OS, since they cant seem to supply it, Dont email , go to the shop in person- then get another of the same version from another shop. Plenty of good shops with overnight service ( unless ones close) that will sell you the Software. One example Ascent (www.ascent.co.nz) - if you ordered it, highly likely you would have it the next day or the day after at the latest. What area of the country do you live in ? |
