1204286 2011-05-22 22:08:00 I have been using IP Cop now for sometime at a couple of sites and it is time they were rebuilt as now have a few minor issues.

I thought it would pay to look at any other options and have tested Endian software but find it buggy and cannot greylist a website - not that I can find easily.

Also read through PFSense docs and not sure how good of a proxy it is.

Any one recommend open source options that are not all commandline tweaking to get it to work.

I have been happy with IPCop and may well re install. The current issues are one site cannot access www.adobe.com or Itunes Store anymore.

1204287 2011-05-22 22:51:00 Look into Smoothwall express if you know linux well, its a firewall OS that you install on a machine then just leave it and do everything over the network, and can also have the linux proxy server Squid installed on to it. nedkelly (9059)
