1170755 2011-01-18 20:20:00 I'm sure a fleet of taxpayer funded counselors is heading you way as we speak. Isn't that what normally happens in NZ these day.??

They will most likely tell you to take an aspirin tablet three times daily because that is all they can afford.

1170756 2011-01-18 21:52:00 I'm also an avid hater of that particular soapie - you can't call it a program. One of the reasons why I do not watch TV - that and the endless reality shows showing either deranged participants on an island, other guys cooking food, or people trying to get rid of the results of said cooking. All in all cr*p.

1170759 2011-01-18 22:24:00 Cheers all,
Actually my internet connection appears to have attempted suicide after the shorty street thing, couldn't watch anything on ondemand and pages taking ages to load last night, rebooting router, computer etc hasn't fixed it, and still seems sluggish today, I am wondering if with all this knowledege we are putting in to the web, that it isn't developing some form of intelligence and is trying to protect me or something.

Last episode i watched of Shorty street was at the Hillcrest tavern, it was on the big screen projectory thing, and there was a car crash that killed off a pile of characters TP? Steve?, who knows we were all cheering (and pissed) as the car crashed, not sure how many years ago, but it was in my student days so possibly in the days when dinosaurs roamed the lands.
