I walk my families 2 dogs, and i jump on the Trampoline quite a lot.

Not into junk foods, the only junk food is Diet Coke.
We may get a Domino pizza each 2 months on avg I guess.

Also, every where I walk pretty fast, I got that in Dunedin where I studied. Without a car for the couple of years, I didn't use a bus once, taxi just once when moving flats and got abused cos he didn't wana to take the credit card and he just threw the stuff out. :annoyed:

With a suit and dress shoes I could walk from Boulcott St to Coutenay Place bus terminal in 15mins.

1169809 2011-01-15 04:49:00 At the moment only walking either into town or up the hill behind home called the Grampians, and I walk damn fast for someone so short. Tramping in winter. Can't do anything else at the moment due to my shoulder but otherwise I would be out cycling as well both road and offroad, bit of swimming maybe and some caving. Had to give up climbing 6 years ago. never been to a gym though there only for people who like to look at themselves in mirrors. Posers I suppose you would call them gary67 (56)

1169811 2011-01-15 05:02:00 Do a few km's on the bicycle most nights, soon to expand the distance to about a 30km loop, Its a loop out in the country where I'm renting a cottage.Its either going to lay the smackdown on me or make me superfit. You got to keep moving the target to raise your fitness.

Some nights I do a shorter ride and follow it up with some weights, either my dumbbells or using my home gym.

And whenever I can fit it in I do some press ups and sit-ups.

As soon as my evening meal is settled I'm off to the shed to do a workout.
