| 1172110 | 2011-02-03 19:40:00 | Good morning there everyone :D I have safely arrived in Nelson (2 days ago), I don't have convenient internet access yet so I can only check stuff when the owner of the laptop im using now is not using it....from now to 3pm basicly The 13th sounds good :D Now to the main point, I need a wireless adaptor for my desktop, the flat i am staying in have a wireless modem, and everyone is using wireless (laptops). I can use a ethernet cable, but the only place I can find is DSE and it is very very expensive by my standards ($35 for a 2 meter one if I remember it right, I need about 10 meters). DSE also sells very very expensive usb wireless adaptor as well (around $100), their own brand is cheaper (well, still expensive by my standard), but clearly of low quality. The question is, do you guys know of any local shop which sells a wireless adaptor at a more reasonable price? or am I better off going on trademe? Thanks for the help in advance |
