Its domain was the school name.Now when i get to the Clt-Alt-Dlt part i dont know what to enter.I tried entering my school id but it says the domian name is unavailable.So i cant access my pc.Its also does not have a CD or DVD player.The OP is XP.Pls help so i can access it |

| 1206101 | 2011-06-01 08:41:00 | See if you can log into the local Administrator account and change the setting there. (Use the "Log on to" field in the logon screen to select the computer itself.) Disclaimer: I have not had to use Windows XP on a domain for a while now, so wording may vary. |

If you have windows cd or something, format it then reinstall windows. That'll fix it. There are free programs around that will remove it for you tho. Dont know if I can post a link in here or not. He did say there's no cd/dvd drive in the pc :p , your best option would be to take it back to school, get the IT dept to login in the pc under the domain and than remove it from the domain, or get them to login under whatever workgroup is there besides the domain, once logged in, they can change the password for you. what is the pc brand/model? if it has a recovery partition than you can boot into that and reinstall the OS but you will lose all the currently installed software. |

Then there's another problem with viruses that are found but can't be deleted, which may or may not be this computer. Am I the only one confused? |

Sorri I was ment to say "OS is XP" and the viruses arent on this computer. |
