1173502 2011-01-29 16:04:00 It is on Sky, not broadcast as part of the Freeview service but fta since the last few days. Check your receiver manual as to how to manually add it as it will not be loaded as part of Freeview on Official Freeview Certified receivers. apsattv (7406)
1173503 2011-01-29 20:53:00 Its on terrestrial tho. I've got it on the tuner on this Speedy Gonzales (78)
1173504 2011-01-29 23:11:00 I get it via the satellite dish onto my computer TV tuner card. Used to get it on analogue TV so it has been available for a while. Bobh (5192)
1173505 2011-01-30 07:09:00 Hmm, if it's on DVB-T and in the clear on DVB-S, looks like it's going to be added to the freeview lineup.

IIRC the NZRB were in negotiations to get trackside on Freeview back in 2008, but it ended up stalling.

1173506 2011-01-30 08:58:00 Yes it on Freeview Terrestrial. But there is not really any space for it on the Satellite "Freeview" service.

Trackside has been switched to FTA on Skys broadcast since the last few weeks. This is where it gets complicated. If Freeview wants to Officially offer it by loading it as part of their own service then they will have to negotiate with SKY.

Don't expect it to happen anytime soon
