| 1173286 | 2011-01-28 06:12:00 | Here's something I've just e-mailed to friends. Thought it was worth sharing here.... "Hi all I got home from my stint at the Citizens Advice Bureau this morning to find a piece of paper on the kitchen bench with a wet stain on it. Being my usual tidy self I just left it where it was and went off to do something else. When I came back it had dried out somewhat. (see first two attachments). I immediately got panicky with the thought that I was being called to be a missionary in Africa (just goes to show that an entity I don't believe in can make mistakes!), but then noticed the bit out to the left and realised that, being an avid diver, I was being given a clue as to the location of Atlantis. So I typed "Location of Atlantis Map" into Google and arrived at what you can see in the third attachment. How freaky is that??!! (Incidentally, as I'm typing this GMail is showing "Google" as a spelling mistake (it's just done it again) and is offering Goggle, Googly (invented by an Englishman, the father a well known News reader). Well, us poms know how reliable The Sun is, and they place Atlantis approx W by N (see old compass rose (www.pbenyon.plus.com)) of the Canary Islands, so I reckon my map is more reliable! Food for thought, anyway. And, for those who know me well and are therefore suspicious, yes - it really is a plum stain that dried out like that. Have a good weekend" :D |
