You can know the definition, but its unlikely you'll ever understand. I agree and disagree with you at the same time - I used to live in a poor (and predominantly Maori) area for a few years, trust me, I was a bit of a target. But yes, I do agree that, in the big picture, I wouldn't really know, being a white guy. Also, I see a quote of mine in your sig :D |

Al of this is born from race based policy(funding) and the workings of Academia. Its very real and will continue to get worse with each generation. |
