| 1173762 | 2011-01-31 10:19:00 | So irfanview, canon ex and the folder (in my computer / computer ?) crash, when you try and open the folder you copied the photos to (before you formatted the xd card)?? If this is the case, you may have installed something (that gets added to the right mouse menu in my computer), thats faulty / corrupt . If you open my computer / computer, select a file / then right mouse on it, what are the options (besides whats normally there)? Did you install any codecs?? Because corrupt / stuffed ones can cause the prob you're seeing (if its happening in my computer as well) |

If you open my computer / computer, select a file / then right mouse on it, you mean the camera /disk or something else? if i open my computer it shows up removable disk (f) and 2 fuji options, which i need to remove from this list but dont know how. |

Then what we do later is help you with the camera which possibly is NOT the problem. :) If it's not the problem then we help with the PC. Sound good? Are are still using Win XP as the O/S and if so what service pack is on it and what version XP? Klite codecs come to mind for you to download and install but wait until you get more advice. |
