1173149 2011-01-28 04:35:00 I ditched Avast as it was getting bigger too.

So now I'm using Avira.

1173151 2011-01-28 07:09:00 Get MSSE. Great AV, not too resource hungry and very efficient in detection, and FREE!

1173152 2011-01-28 10:56:00 I can recommend avira anti-vir personal. It is free and gives better coverage. I used to use avg too; but after reading some tests started using avira. merien (16149)
1173153 2011-01-28 16:20:00 Looking into an Avira hat trick today. SurferJoe46 (51)
1173154 2011-01-29 00:00:00 I just put MSSE on a 64-bit Win7 system and so far, no problems.

Time will tell.

Next I'll try Avira on my bigger desktop unit as I think I'm having overhead troubles with it.
