| 1205622 | 2011-05-30 05:03:00 | I have a client who has Windows 7 with Windows mail, she changed some settings in there and now she can not view images or colour in her emails, mainly pdf files. She can view them if they open in a web page and if she forwards the email she can view it in sent items. I have changed settings to default, upgraded to the latest Windows mail and still nothing. Anybody got any ideas, apart from removing her mail profile and recreating it. Look forward to hearing Turtle |
