| 1207327 | 2011-06-06 02:12:00 | Hi Guys My Asus N20A notebook running Vista Home Premium has started throwing up a download drivers window for my "unknown hardware". I have googled this phenomonen but haven't been able to understand the remedies for it. Is there someone here who can, in plain language, help me, please? Many thanks in advance. Rob |

Apart from this thing the computer is running fine. It will be due toi be scanned by Asus soon to upgrade drivers etc so I think I will ignore it until that happens and see if that fixes it.:confused: | theother1 (3573) | ||
| 1207331 | 2011-06-06 07:27:00 | Well to know what driver you need to install, you need to find out what the "Unknown Device" actually is. Go into device manager, and find the "Unknown Device" then copy its device IDs here so we can find out what it is. |
