That's exactly how I saw it too. :crying Why weren't the prisoners made to scrape the whole lot down again and if the Powder Coating was to blame then the firm that did it should do it again at no cost. I bet somebody is getting to charge $100 an hour to pay somebody else $12.75/hour to take the beds out and put them back in again. That's where our millions are going no doubt. |
