Need to declare war on them just like we declared war on Germany/Hungary/Italy then the legal rule book could go out the door. As an enemy of the state we just need to observe a modified Geneva convention. Modified like taking no prisoners which is legal in warfare in certain situations (in the movies lol) |

Its not the councils job to regulate clothing, Its the states job to identify criminals and take appropriate actions to sort it out. The tools they use are the police and the courts. Who gives a damn what they are wearing, thats not the crime. The situation is weak and it sickens me. |
