If anything it's better that he's keeping his work ethic up so when he leaves prison, he won't be jumping straight on the dole or committing another crime to get back into prison. That's why he should stay there - but I won't be surprised if he is released on parole at some point in the future. As far as I'm concerned, it's better that he does something constructive, pays tax, which contributes towards the cost of keeping him there. |

Work Ethic should never form part of the equation because he should never be released. Another example of why Capital Punishment should be reintroduced for First Degree murder. |
