1176613 2011-02-09 08:50:00 But Smith discovered the address using a contact at Telecom and went to the house with a firearm.

While Smith was in remand at Rimutaka Prison, he obtained the boy's new phone number again from a contact at Telecom and rang on four occasions, hanging up without speaking

Seriously, the people that help sick ****s like these need to be locked in a prison with them.

Personally, I say shoot the sick **** and make the world a better place.

Why? 'they're human beings with rights too!'

yeah right. I reckon people who says things like that should also be locked up or shot.

1176617 2011-02-09 09:22:00 The bastard from Telecom should be sent to prison too.
13 years wasn't nearly enough for him.

1176618 2011-02-09 09:58:00 The Parole Board have to be seen to be acting fairly. If he was seen to show remorse and it was thought that he posed no danger to the community he could possibly be released. I somehow think that this is not the case.

Maybe in the meantime we could send him to Dent Island (en.wikipedia.org) which is part of the Campbell Island Group. Any pigs or rats should be removed from the island because they do not deserve his company. If he needs company why not send his telecom mates to keep him company.

1176619 2011-02-09 10:03:00 I feel really sorry for that family.

I'd like to see a condition made that if ANY rapists or murderers are ever paroled, that they must live in the house of one of the parole board for the next ten years.

And that they agree to be castrated before being released.

I wonder, would the parole board members draw straws to see who they live with?

Actually, what we could make [permanent physical] castration part of bail conditions: you skip bail or breach bail conditions, your lose your balls. Seems fair to me.

Hell, I'm sure we can find someone could make a castration device that is attached to a person's genitals when they are released on bail and if they don't turn up to court etc, bye bye manhood.
