| 1176325 | 2011-02-08 19:04:00 | Last night I tried to scan in a picture and the scanner would not scan the picture. The light wasn't coming on I could tell. However, it went through all the motions as if it were scanning (but it was a bit loud plus it has been making a grinding noise as it scans across the flat panel. It had previously worked fine even though it was always noisy.........but it seemed to be much more louder this time. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but that didn't change a thing. It still does not scan anything in.........but it acts as if it's working. Can someone advise please? Can the light bulb be changed? I suspect that may be the problem. P.S. I'm using it on a PC running Windows XP Home Edition. |
