Seems fair to me. Hell, I'm sure we can find someone could make a castration device that is attached to a person's genitals when they are released on bail and if they don't turn up to court etc, bye bye manhood. I think castration upon sentencing would be a wonderful way of permanently correcting a lot of abberant behaviour. We'd also find sentence durations could be dramatically reduced. As for castration after breach of bail... It should be possible to adapt those ankle braclets to fit elsewhere! (and to constrict) I had a client one time who was showing off his ankle bracelet. You couldn't keep this idiot still - he was constantly darting out into the street to show the thing off. Hard to fathom such a mind... "hey look at me, I'm a piece of sh!+ criminal out on the street". As for the warped piece of scum who led to this thread - he's killed and then followed up by tormenting his victims, and this is supposedly how he conveys his 'love' for the juvenile. Castration should be a requisite before this freak ever walks free. Without castration a bullet would really be the best solution, otherwise I'd want this guy locked up forever. |

He is obviously a nonachiever in the real world, unfortunately he needs to commit crimes to get a sense of achievement. He has no shame in being caught and sees being given a jail sentence or home detetention (and a pretty ankle bracelet) as a reward. This idiot is a prime candidate for my jail to be set up in the Auckland Islands. |
