1176439 2011-02-09 02:39:00 mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm char-grilled burgers FTW!!!
Your making me hungry but there is no BK for miles :(

Sucks to be you! haha. Get someone to courier you a burger!

Sorry guys - I stated I agree with her FB comment (would have done the same back in the day), but don't get me wrong I totally don't agree with her work ethic especially about the comments to customers etc. But by the sounds of it her work mates don't like her (as they mentioned the FB comment to management) and the managers were looking for any excuse to dismiss her.

1176440 2011-02-09 04:06:00 ...This article certainly will not stop me buying BK burgers...

The taste of the burgers stop me buying them. Ick.

^ If I worked for BK, would I get fired for saying that?

1176441 2011-02-09 06:53:00 If I were to stop eating BK burgers that would have very little effect on BK as I really do not go there all that often.

When they first opened BK down here there were queues outside the door for the first few days until people got over the novelty.

1176442 2011-02-09 08:06:00 Ms Tyler was already on her final warning after receiving two previous complaints, including one for telling an abusive customer, "Like you need it".

:clap
Nice!
Front line customer service is hard work a lot of the time.

After being "overworked and underpaid" and generally undervalued and under-supported by "the company", to then have some fatty give you abuse because their fist-full of grease is not coming fast enough, I'd give them a serve too.

Personally, I think this (imported) "customer is always right" attitude is crap.
Just because you are paying for a good or service does not give you the right to treat the receiver of your custom badly and get away with it.

1176445 2011-02-09 09:35:00 Any follow up action by the Union will do more harm to BK than the original comment on Facebook ever did. A mountain is being made of a molehill.
Exactly and that is why BK didn't handle the matter properly.
