| 1178463 | 2011-02-15 02:19:00 | www.stuff.co.nz Especially for the increase in battery life we would get. Apparently Vodafone are doing femtocells for about $100 for home users on VF BB now... |

| 1178465 | 2011-02-15 03:10:00 | Yup, they showed off the femtocells yesterday. We have one for review but we're not sure we can actually review it as none of us are on Vodafone for broadband. They're only $99 until mid-March so if you need one you should get on it soon before they go up to the normal price ($349). |

If I was paying Voda say $30 + per month on a plan the last thing I would buy is one of these to make up for crap service that I'm paying for.. |

| 1178471 | 2011-02-15 07:24:00 | ""Ultimately, what you end up with is a cleaner signal, with less power," Sideco said." I wonder how much these small bases stations will cost to deploy?? More cabling , power etc.. I seem to remember one of the reasons that CT2 tech failed in the early 90s was base station reticulation problems which mobile carriers didn't have due their coverage.. |
