1179166 2011-02-18 06:37:00 Nah! MrsT and I are joined at the hip. We're like family. :D We have our differences, we discuss them, then I do what she wants.

Actually, that is probably a rather bad joke. Sometimes we agree to differ, but mostly we reach a mutual agreement. When you've been together for around 28 years and married for 25, you ought to know how to get along.

We know some couples who live totally separate lives under the same roof but we're not like that, we like each other's company and still hold hands when we go out. :wub

1179169 2011-02-18 10:13:00 Geeze, what a pair of unromantic gits you two are! We actually like to hang together. I feel sorry for couples whose only connection is a wedding ceremony way back in ancient history, maybe some kids or grandchildren as well, and they don't even like each other's company. I've got married relatives who live together but have totally separate lives and take separate holidays. Might as well be flatmates!

1179170 2011-02-18 18:19:00 I would have thought it was difficult to get on without a sense of humour, which is what was attempted. Cicero (40)
1179171 2011-02-18 18:41:00 Good on ya Billy! Here's hoping my wife and I are still just like that after 25 years of marriage. Sad to see over 50% of marriages these days end in divorce. The words "Til death do us part" seem to have an escape clause these days of "Or until I get bored of you". :-/ Chilling_Silence (9)

Sorry Ciccy, no offence intended. :xmouth: I should have put a caveat on that post, I know you are a closet romantic at heart.
