I haven't - that I know of, I have the idea that it would taste quite horrible...

Prefect, you must have been of legal age in the early 70s? But either or, Blue Duck was the most revolting crap ever unleashed on the gullible NZ consumer under the guise of "wine". So how come you never tasted it?

:yuck:

That was Cold Duck, no Blue ducks the one you see in the mountain streams, they look yummy.

Probably, depending on your age. Had asian take-away say 10, 20 years ago? You may have ingested doggie, or perhaps the neighbourhood cat

LOL

1178706 2011-02-16 20:14:00 No-one who eats any animal can really complain about what animal some other person eats, unless it was endangered.

I'm sure most of us think that puppies are cute and shouldn't be eaten, but then while cows are sacred in India, we eat beef all the time - what really is the difference?
Once something is on the plate with eating irons poised overhead, it has transcended "endangered".
Tastes vary with time as well as location, but around here not too long ago Mormons at the door would have been immediately ushered in for lunch.

1178709 2011-02-16 21:17:00 This building used to have a vets on the left and Chinese takeaway on the right, I'm sure there was a hatch in the wall between them hidden behind the menu board gary67 (56)
