I would prefer that the good teachers (there must be some) get paid very well indeed and the poor ones to be encouraged to find more suitable employment. Holding the stop go sign at road works springs to mind. I don't know why they fight so hard against performance pay nor why they go out of their way to protect teachers who are either incompetent or in some cases criminally inclined. |

The bits of the document written in English are fine - it's all the stuff copied and pasted out of terminal windows, lists of Unix commands to run, extracts from log/configuration files and so on that are screwing with the spell checker. |
