If it was then a lot of cycle Tourists are braking the law and me everytime I go for a ride on my bike. There is no way else to get where I am going than ride on a 100kph road, not necessarily classed as a highway either. I think this sentance is a joke and just a licence to kill and injure on our roads. Pretty much says if you want to kill someone use a car but place a push bike by the body. Wont do anything to make the idiot feternity anti bike thing how piss poor their driving standards are with lack of tolerance. |
