| 1211091 | 2011-06-22 04:03:00 | Presario F500 will boot into Safe Mode will not boot Normal Normal shows nothing - completely black screen, no mouse pointer scanned with malwarebytes in safe mode: at one point the screen flickered wildly and then it settled and finished the scan: clean it was suggested that it was KSOD, but all my research reflects that the mouse pointer shows with KSOD. any suggestions how to get it to boot normally? |
